Abstract

The aim of the thesis was investigation of possibilities of aiding the composting process of the chosen solid waste with the participation of biopreparations and establishing their influence on the effectiveness of the composting process. The pilot studies concerning composting of waste without the participation of biopreparations were conducted and the investigations concerning the progress of waste composting with the biopreparations as well (Trigger-4, COMPile, Kompostin, Bio Treat Compost). The influence of biopreparations were marked with the degree of reduction of organic matter, organic carbon and the direction of changes of ratio C/N and C/P, content of biogenic substances. In the thesis the evaluation of bioreactors used in the leading of the composting process was also introduced as far as these factors are concerned: the measure of temperature, mixing the composting mass, the effectiveness of aeration, heat losses through the walls of bioreactor's chambers.
