#### Abstract

Basic concepts of the fuzzy sets theory and reliability theory were desribed. Two kinds of uncertainty: randomness and unprecision were proposed to be taken under consideration in structural reliability assesment. Experts edtimations were assumed to be described with the aim of fuzzy numbers. The concept of limit state function with fuzzy parameters was introduced. In effect structural reliability was concerned as a fuzzy event. Fuzzy measures of reliability and methods of their estimation were proposed. These measures were proposed to be applied for partial factors of safety calibration.
