Abstract

The dissertation is a subject of theoretical considerations and numerical experiments concerning the transformation of mathematical description of non-linear systems into linear ones through the linearisation assuring the local equivalence of the system dynamics. The aim of the thesis is elaboration of algorithms of non-linear electrical and electromechanical systems transformations into the linear and quasi-linear form with the use of differential geometry elements. The scope of the dissertation comprises setting the existence conditions for the transformations of the non-linear system state co-ordinates (variables) into the linear form, including the conditions, which should be fulfilled by the non-linear system and giving the effective methods for designing the transformation linearising the system globally or with the use of feedback. Theoretical considerations and numerical experiments, carried out for mathematical model s of electrical and electromechanical systems, confirm the correctness of the performed transformations and the performance efficiency of the designed algorithms.
