Abstract

This dissertation is focused on wideband microwave absorbers, with an overall relative thickness decreased, with respect to commonly known solutions. A thin, periodic resistive layer, used in an absorber, provides wide absorbing bandwidth, what becomes essential in the radar communication systems.
