An applications for diffusion-weighted imaging results analysis

Abstract

The aim of this study is to create software for image analysis of diffusion-weighted imaging. This document contains a description of the basics of DWI, mathematical models and methods used in the calculation of diffusion coefficients, a description of implemented functionality of the program and used algorithms.

Celem pracy jest opracowanie oprogramowania służącego do analizy obrazów dyfuzyjnych rezonansu magnetycznego. W pracy opisane zostały podstawy fizyczne badania dyfuzji wody metodą rezonansu magnetycznego, modeli matematycznych i metod wykorzystywanych podczas obliczeń współczynników dyfuzji, opis zaimplementowanych funkcji programu i zastosowanych w nim algorytmów.
