Testing a novel structure of a constant amplitude LC oscillator

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the novel structure of an LC oscillator, model of which was introduced by Aleksander Burd , Ph. D. The under test generator’s main feature is little dependence of the generated signal’s amplitude on the initial amplification, therefore on the Q factor as well. All the described research finally led to construction of the generator which parameters were measured in order to find out whether it satisfies the declared condition of the operation. The obtained circuit was compared to other LC generator structures.

Niniejsza praca koncentruje się na nowym układzie strukturalnego generatora LC zaproponowanego przez dr inż. A. Burda. Badany generator cechuje małą zależność amplitudy generowanego sygnału od wzmocnienia początkowego, czyli także od dobroci układu. W trakcie pracy doprowadzono do fizycznej realizacji generatora i przeprowadzono badania powyższej właściwości generatora oraz porównano z innymi strukturami generatorów LC.
