Abstract

The aim of the thesis was to design and implement Internet platform working as a Video on Demand service. During building process, web technologies that are most popular among developers and open-source were analyzed. Next, architecture structure of website was designed. Having completed the creating process, there were provided some basic features of VOD service, commonly available on this kind of websites. In order to implement the system the MEAN stack was used along with other web technologies such as Bootstrap and UI Router.

Tematem pracy było stworzenie internetowego serwisu realizującego usługę zezwalającą użytkownikom na oglądanie filmów umieszczonych na serwerze w dowolnym momencie. Przeanalizowano popularne i powszechnie dostępne technologie. Następnie zaprojektowano architekturę serwisu. W pracy zapewnione zostały podstawowe funkcjonalności dostępne w popularnych serwisach internetowych. System zaimplementowano z wykorzystaniem technologii zawartych w stosie aplikacyjnym MEAN, a także pokrewnych do niego narzędzi Bootstrap i UI Router.
