## Research of the impact of water on the efficiency of aviation fuel combustion process in the flow of the stabilizer

#### Abstract

The introduction presents the reasons, the history, and effects of the use of water in the combustion process. Afterwards, the reactions of formation of exhaust components were briefly described, focusing primarily on nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide. It also presents the most commonly used methods of water supply and their effects confirmed by tests. At the end contains principles and purpose of the study. The second chapter is devoted to the calculation of the necessary data required for the experiment and for a comparative analysis of the results. It includes also the structure of the station, scheme of it's working and how it is controlled. The next chapter describes the tests carried out for the combustion of the fuel itself, modification of the combustion chamber and ultimately the use of direct injection of water. It also presents graphs with the results of the study. Then analyzes the measurements of temperature and emission of exhaust gas and comparing them with calculated values contained in the second chapter. Finally, conclusions drawn from the conducted experiments are presented.
