Analysis of cooling processes HPT I stage blade of aircraft engine

Abstract

Considering thermodynamics processes in gas turbine we can mention convection, conduction and radiation heat transfer. When we are talking about heat transfer between blade and hot gases mainly we are taking about convection and conduction. The radiation heat transfer in turbine has relatively small thermal influence and can be neglected. The thermodynamics literature is huge. An example of general view of heat transfer is presented by J.P.Holman [1], S. Wiśniewski, T. Wiśniewski [2] or B.Staniszewski [3].
