Automated pipeline for structural brain images

Abstract

The objective of this thesis was to develop a VBM (Voxel Based Morphometry) pipeine. It is an element of XNAT platform, whitch is an open-source imaging informatics software platform dedicated to helping perform imaging-based research. VBM is a neuroimaging analysis technique that allows investigation of brain differences using structural magnetic resonance images.
