Counting cars based on video analysis

Abstract

This thesis describes implementation of an application which is able to count vehicles on the basis of video analysis. The main problem discussed in this work was to create a program which can handle the processing of the image in real time on a mini-computer Furthermore it presents a description of runtime machine. Abstract in Polish
W niniejszej pracy opisano implementację aplikacji zliczającej pojazdy na podstawie analizy wideo. Głównym poruszonym w tej pracy problemem było stworzenie programu, który poradzi sobie z przetwarzaniem obrazu w czasie rzeczywistym na mini-komputerze. Ponadto przedstawiono opis maszyny uruchomieniowej oraz biblioteki wspomagającej przetwarzanie obrazów, wykorzystanej przy implementacji. Zaprezentowano również wyniki uzyskane podczas testowania aplikacji w warunkach rzeczywistych.
