## Project of automated distribution warehouse for the chosen trade

#### Abstract

The aim of this work is a project of an automated reserve warehouse of a production facility. This engineering work presents a designing method of a high-rack warehouse with the use of automated means of transport. The investment and costs will be identified which are necessary for function of this projected logistic object. Then the cost index and technological indices will be shown for this warehouse. The automation process in this highrack warehouse will be realized by rack stackers of the company Mecalux to automated storage of pallet loading units. In the first chapter of this engineering work will be identified the projected warehouse and will be proposed a warehouse projecting solution. A logistic task formulation has been formulated with the identification of the trade. The logistics unit have been determined in the projected warehouse. The second chapter shows the conditions for the automation of the logistic object. Also has been determined the control system process of the automated devices and the economic conditions. The third chapter contains shape of the projected high-bay warehouse. The daily logistics unit flow have been calculated for this logistics object. The warehouse transportation process has been shown. The warehouse technology and means of internal transport technology will be determined. The warehouse capacity with shaping and locating the functional areas has been determined. The material flow in the functional areas has been determined. In the fourth chapter the time and numbers of the transport cycles in this warehouse have been calculated. Also the workload has been determined. The investment and costs for the projected high-rack warehouse have been calculated. The fifth chapter shows the assessment solutions. The quality indicators for this warehouse have been determined and also the evaluation of partial and comprehensive solutions.
