## Wciągarka ratownicza zamontowana do śmigłowca (obciążenie 4000N). Wysokość podnoszenia-60 m

#### Abstract

Graduate thesis concerns the winch mounted to a rescue helicopter. The topic of work includes additional information about the load limit (400daN) and a length of rope (60m). In the event of such a device are the key issue data which allow to determine, first of all, the type of hoist power supply. When reviewing the winches used in the rescue helicopters could be seen that the burden is too heavy for lifting mechanisms with pneumatic power. In order to fulfill device function, and following the creation of universal design as possible, hydraulic power is excluded. Using an electric drive 12 or 24V allows the use of hoists in wide range of helicopters without the need for interference in the helicopter internal installations. The process of calculation and design was preceded by a condition of placing the location of the winch inside the helicopter. This entailed the need to use the jib system. In addition, the author wanted to create a competitive and interesting structure in terms of construction. He decided to replace the planetary gear by harmonic drive system. This type of gear, invented in 1959 by an American engineer W. Musser is a good alternative for the transmission mounted in winches, it makes it possible to reduce weight while increasing translate of the device. Transmission calculations were based on the publications of Russian engineers W.N. Kudrjawcewa, J. N. Kirdjaszewa “Planetary gears. Guide” and “Gearing and worm boxes” edited by N.I. Kolchin. The calculations of transmission allowed the selection of trade parts and components resulting in the possibility of creating the outline of the equipment with known properties and characteristics. After receiving all the results the phase of the winch design started. The project gives a three-dimensional model of electric winch inside a helicopter. Winch was attached to the upper deck, without limiting the surface of the floor. Arm was designed as a drop-arm outside the confines of a helicopter. Provided the opportunity to control the device only with the involvement of the pilot. The mobile arm allows to place the injured directly inside the passenger compartment. For the jib construction was used shapes. It was tested for strength using the FEM method. This was the final stage of work, which has helped positively verify the developed model for safety.
