Selection method for providing heat - system pre-insulated TwinPipe

Abstract

The thesis includes the theory and the project of the pre-insulated heat distribution network made in the TwinePipe technology. The heating pipe is located in Otwock at the Matejko Street and will be routed from the existing chamber to the four buildings. The thesis shows the differences and advantages in relation to the single pipe technology, as well as the reasons for the replacement channel network for pre-insulated. The project contains all essential calculations along with results as well as a methodology of carrying them out, a specification, as well as information concerning security and protection of the health. To the thesis were attached a situational map, two profiles of the heat distribution network,the assembly scheme and the demonstrative scheme of excavation.

Praca dyplomowa obejmuje teorię i projekt preizolowanej sieci ciepłowniczej wykonanej w technologii rur TwinePipe. Ciepłociąg zlokalizowany jest w Otwocku przy ul. Matejki i zostanie poprowadzony z istniejącej komory ciepłowniczej do czterech budynków. W pracy pokazano różnice oraz zalety w stosunku do technologii rur pojedynczych, a także powody wymiany sieci kanałowych na preizolowane. W projekcie zamieszczono wszystkie niezbędne obliczenia wraz z wynikami oraz pokazano metodykę ich wykonywania, opis techniczny, jak również informacje dotyczące bezpieczeństwa i ochrony zdrowia. Do pracy załączono mapę sytuacyjną, dwa profile sieci ciepłowniczej, schemat montażowy i schemat poglądowy wykopu.
