## Research and analysis connections in plane of joint in elements concrete in two stages

#### Abstract

The thesis consists research and analysis of effectiveness of connection in plane of contact in elements concrete in two stages. These connections take place in composite constructions in concrete-concrete type. A capacity of contact is determined experimentally by making concrete composite and monolithic (referential) beams. There have been prepared beams in cross section h*b= 31x15 cm (25 cm prefabricate + 6cm overlay) and length 200 cm and given to interim load. Filling concrete has been lead after 7 days of hydration. There were four series of beams prepared. Three of them with various types of area of prefabricate (plain, rough, gained) and fourth – monolithic beams of a full section. To each every one of them there were also prepared samples to analysis of mechanical properties (cubes 15x15x15 cm, beams 10x10x50 cm and cylinders 15x30cm), which have been used to determine concrete’s compressive strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus (they haven’t been placed in thesis). In a theoretical introduction there were shown information about a genesis of composite construction and how, in practice, that element looks like in building conditions. There were presented a special attributes of that type of construction, for example distribution of internal powers and material impurity of this element. Stadiums of work of this elements (erection and exploitative) have been described. There were also studies of a calculation way to project this element correct. Analysis contains also factors responsible for assuring projected capacity of contact – adhesion and friction. There were also analyzed shear stress in plane of contact and capacity of lengthwise shearing. This is a basic condition which composite construction must bear. There were also shown characteristics of construction materials used in research. The main issue of research was checking of capacity of contact in a plan of concretes linked with each other, deflections and deformations in each places. After analysis, it was alleged, that rate linked with adhesion (determining a capacity of unreinforced connections), contained in a normalizations have a big rate of safety. Moreover, it was determined, that for next research modifications should be contained in beams reinforcement or their size to make it easier to see loosening of composite planes.
