Education: since 11.05.2009: doctor of law, University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration, since 1997 Master of Canon Law, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Faculty of Canon Law; since 1996 Master of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration.

Professional experience: Since 01.10.1996 Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences. Scientific and didactic activity in the field of intellectual property law, civil law (cooperative, housing, construction law), international law and European Union law.

From 2004 to 2012, Chief Specialist for European research programmes at the Centre for International Cooperation of the Warsaw University of Technology. In 1996-2001 Specialist in the Civil Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Economy (currently the Ministry of Infrastructure), in 2001-2003 Main Specialist in the Legal Department of the Main Office of Construction Supervision.
