Specialization: public administration with special regard to the organization and tasks of territorial self-government (spatial planning), investment and construction process, legislation, commercial law. 2010 - John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration, PhD in law, 1996 - University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration, diploma in law, 1997 - Academy of Catholic Theology in Warsaw, Faculty of Canon Law, diploma master of canon law. 1998 - 2010 - assistant at the College of Social Sciences and Administration, then at the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences of the Warsaw University of Technology, and from 2010, assistant professor at the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences. Since 1998, he has been employed in public administration (PFRON, Warsaw City Hall, PINB, PGRP), 2002-2006 - a regular contributor to the Publishing Notes author of legal books review.
