Helena Bulinska-Stangrecka earned her PhD in Management at Warsaw University of Technology in 2016. She had completed the PhD thesis on the “Model of e-culture in IT organizations in Poland”. The PhD thesis has been awarded for the outstanding scientific value.
Helena graduated from Institute of Applied Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw. Specialized in Human Resource Management. Received the Dean’s recognition for the MA thesis.
Helena gained professional experience in HR (recruitment, training, employees’ development and personal consultancy), which allows her to combine the insight knowledge into the managerial processes regarding human capital with scientific approach.
Research interest
Helena Bulinska-Stangrecka’s research focuses on human capital, knowledge management, organizational trust, e-culture, work engagement, social communication and virtual organization.
