Julianna Winnik graduated in Photonics Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Faculty of Mechatronics in 2012. In the period 2012-2017, she was enrolled in PhD Studies in Mechatronics Faculty, WUT. In 2018 she defended her doctoral thesis entitled "Holographic methods for three-dimensional reconstruction of refractive index distribution with extended measurement volume". Currently she is employed as an assistant professor at Institute of Micromechanics and Photonics, WUT. Her major scientific interests are holographic tomography and microscopy. She is involved in the following teaching courses: fundamentals of photonics, instrumental optics, computing technics in optical methods, photonic devices and systems, microsystems.
