Sylwia Sysko-Romańczuk was a Professor of Management and Entrpreneurship at Warsaw School of Economics till 2012, former Deputy Director for Restructuring and Strategy and Development Director in the Polish Public Television, TVP S.A. and scientific manager in the Institute of Organization and Management in Industry. Sysko-Romańczuk was a part of several international projects and courses at Manchester Metropolitan University, Harvard University, Hungarian Academy of Sciences and IESE Business School. She is also a consultant to multinational companies, family businesses and start-ups.

Business and economic barriers of companies growth; managing a company growth; business models and dynamic strategy approach; business ecosystems supporting growth; business responsibility.

Professor Sylwia Sysko- Romańczuk is an author of 3 books and over 100 other scientific publications.
