Scientific special field: - spectral elemental analysis of petroleum industry materials, including: crude oil and petroleum products, crude oil processing catalysts, environmental samples, - atomic spectrometry techniques, including: GFAAS, FAAS, ICP-MS, ICP-OES, WD XRF, HG AAS, - determination of Ni, V, S, Pb, Cu (among others) - application of high-resolution molecular spectrometry in flame/graphite furnace for non-metals determination, - samples preparation, - investigation of influence of chemical analyte form on analytical results, - development of analytical methods for automotive or aviation fuels, including biofuels and biocomponents. Habilitation work (2013) The study of elemental composition of materials of petroleum products type using spectral methods: modern challenges and their implementation (monothematic set of publications with commentary), performed in Research-Development Center for Refinery Industry (at present OBR JSC).
