Krzysztof Sacha is a Professor at the Institute of Control and Computation Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. He received a M. Sc. degree in electronics (1973), Ph. D in electrical engineering (1976) and Dr. Habilitus in Computer Sciences (1996) from Warsaw University of Technology. Since 2011 he has been a nominated professor of Information Sciences. Working at the University, he served many times as an expert for the industry: He had a post of Software Engineering Consultant for PNEFAL Industrial Automation in 1987-1990, was a visiting researcher at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands, had a part time position of Project Manager in Alerton (1999-2002), a building management company, and had a post of an Advisor to the President of Social Insurance Institution (2005-2009). He also served as an expert in evaluating software projects for public organizations and for the industry. Since 2003 he is a head of the Chair of Programming Methods at Vistula University, Warsaw, Poland Professor Krzysztof Sacha is the author of 21 books and 100 journal and conference papers. He is a member of IEEE Computer Society and a member of the Program Committees of several national and international conferences. In 2010 he has been nominated to the Council of The National Centre for Research and Development.
