Józef Lubacz

Abstract

The paper presents some remarks on the current trend consisting in adopting IP-related technology as a main means for the development of future information infrastructures (“IPism”). It is concluded that the latter requires high-level conceptual reference models to harmonize the development of applications, technology and standards. Two examples of such models are proposed.
