Synteza i przekształcenia 2-hydroksy-, 2-merkapto- i 2-aminobenzimidazoli zawierających grupy fluorometylosulfonylowe jako potencjalnych pestycydów

Abstract

The synyhesis and transformations of of 2-hydroksy-, 2-merkapto- and 2-aminobenzimidazoles with fluoromethylsulfonyl groups as new potential pesticides are reported. The title benzimidazoles were obtained starting erom 1,2-diaminobenzene derivatives. These derivatives were obtained from 4-chlorophenyl-fluoromethyl sulphides by oxidation into sulfones, nitration of benzene ring, SNAr reaction with ammonia, and reduction of nitro group. Fluoromethyl sulphides were obtained in seweral stepsynthesis starting erom 4-chlorothiophenol.
