Chosen Criteria of Construction Schedule Evaluation
Michał Krzemiński
Abstract
In the article, the author considers the subject of evaluating construction schedules. The evaluated schedules result from the use of schedule equalization model utilising a model including efficiency coefficients for subsequent working brigades whose task was to assist preceding brigades. As a result of using the model, a number of schedules is obtained. It is not manifest, however, that it is the use of the latter that would be the optimal choice. The optimal schedule is one where a reduction of working brigade downtime was achieved without prolonging the brigades’ work time unduly.Author | |||||
