Analysis and comparison of single-phase multilevel PWM flying capacitor converters

Article presents analysis and comparison of modulation techniques for single-phase cascade multilevel inverters based on five-level Flying Capacitor Converter modules. In paper two modulation methods for five-level FCC converter are discussed with hybrid modulation for cascade converters. Shown in paper simulation and experimental results confirm the validity of proposed modulation algorithms.
