Abstract

The whole series (Monitoring of steel structures – Builder July 2016 – January 2017) describes the topic of construction design technical monitoring, including the expected results of their use, its formal and legal conditions, as well as the advantages of it. A brief overview of the measuring methods used in the monitoring systems has been described, along with the technical possibilities of their application, as well as general rules of designing monitoring systems, solutions and method adjustment to the type and complexity of a building's construction. The choice of elements and places to be monitored has been presented, as well as system configuration tips. The problem has been illustrated by construction design monitoring system examples

Abstract in Polish Pomiar temperatury w systemach monitoringu jest często traktowany jako pomocniczy. Zjawiska dynamiczne są monitorowane tylko w niektórych przypadkach konstrukcji szczególnie wrażliwych na tego typu zachowania, takich jak np. zadaszenia stadionów, konstrukcje linowe czy obiekty narażone na oddziaływania dynamiczne pochodzenia komunikacyjnego.
