Abstract

FO-p-7:In this paper we analyze a couple of cm-long optical fiber section coated with B-NCD overlay using Microwave Plasma Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposited (MW PA CVD) method. The work focuses on investigation of overlay properties and application of the coated device for both optical and electrochemical investigations of liquids.
