Abstract
The following paper is dedicated to the topic of implementation of control system for production of multi-assortment products utilizing single technological system. Typically, composition of physical phenomenon and set of material flow results in variation of products technological characteristics in a wide range of values. However it is possible to apply a single production line to various types of technological materials characterized by different composition and properties. Typical devices equipped with automation systems as a support of operational modes are greatly limited by variation of technological conditions of production process. Such objects are characterized by low susceptibility to measurement of coordinate of state, thus requiring indirect measurements, performance of which is unsatisfactory for control problems. The task of control algorithms designed for production of multi-products is adjusting of production parameters within the limits that are defined for physical ability of production unit by changes in performance, speed and technological losses for production process. The relationship between parameters taken into account and a function of this description may take a nonlinear form, although this is not typically. The presented results can be utilized for improvement of existing production lines and to expand the range of product assortment.Author | |
