Data security improvement with electronics cooling

Electronics cooling issues are encountered on various levels, from large computer systems (including data centres), single computers (at the printed circuit board level, with multiple heat sources, including processors and memory chips) to single electronic components. In the paper, a data centre cooling system was presented, and the parameters relevant to the cooling performance of rack cabinets were determined. The focus was on the cooling of single electronic components using microjets. Experimental data were collected with the aid of a test rig. Average coefficients of heat penetration from the surface of the cooled electronic components to the microjets were determined.
