Data concerning buildings in the polish cadastre - legal and technical aspects of data acquisition and updating

Abstract

The authors present a comparative analysis of sets of data concerning a building - registered in the Polish cadastral system, during the last 15 years. Basing on the results of surveying of a building (geodetic documentation), the authors identified main technical and legal problems concerning acquisition of building data.
