## Badanie wpływu sterowania tłumików magneto--reologicznych na zmniejszenie obciążeń dynamicznych kół pojazdu patrolowego

#### Abstract

This paper describes the research of influence of controling magneto-rheological dampers mounted in the patrol vehicles suspension onto reducing the dynamic loads of wheels to the road. MR dampers design has been developed and its properties have been tested. In order to evaluate the impact of controlling system on minimizing dynamic loads changes, some criterion was proposed. Field tests on an experimental track were performed with a military patrol vehicle Honker 2000. The examples of research results in the system with controlled damping force was shown, as well as the results of standard suspension was derived for comparative purposes. As the final results showed, some reduction of wheels dynamic loads on road in the system with MR controlled dampers were obtained.
