Radar clutter classification using Kohonen neural network

Abstract

This paper is concerned with the discrimination of radar clutter. We first present a classification procedure based on the Kohonen neural network which allows to distinguish between several classes of clutter statistics. Some experimental results are presented to illustrate the performance of the proposed classifier
