Dedicated Business Intelligence System for SMEs Consortium
AbstractThe paper proposes a new methodological approach to the organization and implementation of Business Intelligence in the SME sector. It is based on the assumption that SMEs do not have sufficient knowledge, skills and organizational, personnel and financial resources to make independent implementation of solutions of this class. On the other hand, such tools could have a significant impact on a growth of their competitiveness and strengthen their position in a competitive market. In this context, a new solution is proposed for design, implementation and deployment of the BI system, supporting the competitiveness management of SMEs.
