Mathematical analysis of a thermomechanical milling process

AbstractThis article deals with a mathematical model describing the interaction between a cutting machine and workpiece in a milling process. The model consists of a system of ordinary differential equations with delay for the dynamics of the cutter and a linear thermoelastic system for the workpiece.
