On the Spin–Spin Coupling Constants of Trimethylsilylated Iodoacetylene

Andrzej Ejchart , Adam Gryff-Keller

Abstract

Difficulties can be overcome; earlier this year, M. Kaupp et al. remarked that spin–spin coupling constants between carbon and iodone are difficult to observe (M. Kaupp, O. L. Malkina, V. G. Malkin, P. Pyykko, Chem. Eur. J.1998, 4, 118), but, in fact, they have been measured, as pointed out here.
