Signal recovery algorithm for 4 channel incoherent optical MIMO system

Abstract

The paper presents algorithm used to recover 4 channels in incoherent MIMO system operating over 4.4 km of 50 µm core silica GI MM fiber. During the procedure complex coefficients by which each of 4 received signals was multiplied were varied in order to maximize Q-parameter of the outcoming signal.
